Wind Stength: F6
Surf / Sea State: Chop and wind swells
Air Temperature: 11
Sea Temperature: 8
Weather: Cloud then sun

Distance Covered:

Not quite as windy and choppy as yesterday and got on much better with port gybes and some toesides, taking care to pick sports to turn.. Far too hesitant on starboard gybes. Rode one swell for 5 secs, it's a start.
Also getting better at stink bug starts, though struggle if very windy and rough as wing seems to get flattened by wind and tips dig in. Will be much harder with a bigger wing and smaller board
Rode out to over sandbank though big chop so pleased to make it though fluffed gybe over flatter sandbank. Windsurfing takes bit over couple of minutes to get there, but winging is so much slower especially negotiating chop it seems to take forever.
Two red shims and mast at 9, felt better balanced, maybe bit less pitch stable and better glide. Back to red+blue and maybe mast at 8.5
